- If client wants concrete flooring, slab must be 100% leveled, no lines, and exactly the same size as the shed. Client is responsible for any concrete work.
- Foundation includes 4x4 Pressure treated skids
- Prices do not include additional features unless estimated otherwise; additional features are paint, windows, upgraded doors, height, etc.
